Background Information:

In addition to advertising, we solicited bids from Federal Equipment Dealers, KaTom Resturant Supply, Hotel & Resturant Supply, Jackson Resturant Supply, and Thompson & Little for the purchase of a new serving line (specifications attached). We received bids for this purchase as follows:
